Technical problems for running MediaLab v2014 on Windows10 (case 25630)

I would like to ask for some technical problems.
Is there any potential problem when we run MediaLab v2014 & DirectRT v2014 on Windows10?


For example, we have encountered that background color of experiment turn out to be not white.(see as below)
Besides, the response time of DirectRT became very slow when we conducted IAT exam(sample in DirectRT). It means that when we pressed "E" or "I", it will took about 3-5 seconds for next question to show up.


Do you have any advice? For example, run them on Windows7 instead of Windows10?

We are not aware of anything that prevents the 2014 version of MediaLab and the 2014 version of DirectRT from working with Windows 10. However, I would be happy to look at your files and see if we can resolve the issues you have.

Please make copies of your DirectRT and MediaLab files and either upload them here or send them to me at support@empirisoft.com (please reference case 25630). Please also provide specific details about where the error occurs in the files you send (i.e., the item names or rows of any .csv input files).
