DirectRT: screen freezes after instruction (case 21979)

Hi everybody,

I've created an experiment in MediaLab, part of it is a DirectRT-task. During the DirectRT-task sometimes a certain problem emerges: After the presentation of a textfile which contains the instruction "please press the space button in order to continue" the white screen occasionally freezes. When this happens nothing is left to do than to cancel the whole experiment.

Has anyone here ever experienced this problem as well and in case, how have you dealt with it?
