Diable dialogue box informing time has expired? (case 16525)

This was a question previously posted by someone else in a v2008 thread but there wasn't a response--I want to disable the dialogue box that pops up to inform participants that time on that item has expired. Is this possible? I am using v2014 on Windows 7. Any help would be much appreciated!
