transition from questionnaire to powerpoint show

I recent set up a study where participants answer a series of questions through a medialab questionnaire, then the medialab calls up a powerpoint show to give them their supposed score and feedback. When the program does this theres a short blip where you can see a blue windows title bar at the top of the screen and it says powerpoint and the name of the file being used I believe. It is really important in this study that participants not know that it is powerpoint that is being used, is there a way to prevent this from happening?

If you run condition 2 of the self-esteem sample that comes with MediaLab (sample1), do you see the same effect? I ask because it starts off with a PowerPoint show.
