multiple question which has 8 points in two rows (case 7970)

Hello,
How do I create a multiple question which has 8 points in two rows?
1-4 in the first, and 5-8 in the second row. Looks like this:
1 2 3 4
5 6 7 8
I specified parameter (p8,t100,w.75,l20)
If there any parameter I should add?

Dear Vicky,

Your best bet would be to use a custom item. This would require you to do some html programming. I don't know how proficient you are in it, but there is a forum thread that has a couple of examples of multiple response items done as custom items. Check it out and let me know if this might be in the ballpark of what you want:
