Word Document Item Type Error (case 3791)

Hi,

I have recently starting getting an error when I get to a question that is a word document item type on a new computer I've been using. A dialogue box pops up that says:
Title: Medialab
Text: An action cannot be completed because a component (Microsoft Word) is busy. Choose "Switch To" to active the component and correct the problem.
Options: "Switch To...", "Retry", "Cancel"

Then, there is a second dialog box:
Title: Microsoft Word
Text: This file could not be found. (C:\correct path to my file\...\%1.doc)
Options: "OK", "Help"

After choosing switch To and and then ok, the word doc loads correctly in media lab and the questionnaire continues normally, but still this is an inconvenience that I need fixed.
Word is 2010
ML is 2012.4.119

I have had the same problem. I have found that if you open MS Word and minimize it before opening and running MediaLab, you don't get the error. I am not sure why this works and it probably isn't the most graceful solution, but it does alleviate the error message.
