Error messages after showing a video clip (case 2716)

Hi,

In my experiment, I show a short video clip, which is wmv format.
After the movie clip I got two pop-up windows, one saying "There is another instance of executeDRT.exe still running." and the other saying "Technical issues wre encountered during this
session. Please see C:\DirectRT\TrackPerformance.txt for details."
I look into TrackPerformance.txt and found out that there were two errors, Error 5 and Error 13.
I don't know how to deal with the errors, though.
Could you let me know what the problems are and how to deal with them?
