Video file freezing with Medialab v.2010 on Win7

Hello-

Currently I'm using Medialab v.2010 on Win 7.
I am having freezing issues when trying to run an on-line rating questionaire
with a video file(.wmv).
Only when I try to run this questionaire with a video file, the screen freezes and doesn't go on to the next question(The freezing problem doesn't occur when I run it with an image file).
I tried placing a duration time parameter next to the file name but didn't seem to work either.
(FYI, the video file is 7.87MB and about a minute long.)
Hope to solve this problem soon.

Which release of v2010 do you have? i.e., v2010.x.x? And if you try it with another format of movie does the same thing occur? What about with an audio file?

I have v2010.2.19.

the audio file works fine. No freezing.

But when I tried it with another video format(i.e., avi), the same freezing problem occured.
