Running on Multiple Monitors

    Running on Multiple Monitors

I have managed to span my screen over two monitors. When I open Direct RT the menu is visible over both the monitors but once I run a test it switches back to one screen (It actually switches off my 2nd monitor until the test is complete)

I am wanting to run a video on each monitor by changing the x and y co-ordinates.

At this point, you can only run a session on a single monitor. We have been asked about this before though and it's on our to-do list.

    Hello,

I am also looking for a similar functionality. I need to extend the DirectRT screent to two screens.

Is there any possibility of this feature coming up in the new version? If yes, when will it be available?

    Thank you.

    Best Regards,
    Monil Chheda

We are have an alpha version of DirectRT v2010 out for testing. Licensed users of v2008 are free to download and play around with it in exchange for feedback re bugs, features, etc. The next release of the alpha should be available next week and is expected to have dual screen functionality. The current alpha version actualy DOES this now, but the overall window size is limited (it needs to be run in "Windowed" mode). We are trying to eliminate that limit so you can have access to two full screens.
