Error for Missing TIME values in row 3, but this is simply not true

Hello,

I am getting an error saying that one of my time columns in row 3 is missing a value, but this is not true. I am proficient enough in DirectRT, and I am not sure why it is telling me that this is incorrect. I have 4 time columns. In row 3 (and many others below it), I have "0", followed by another stimulus on the same screen that requests for a keypress, followed by a stimulus displayed for for rand(2000-4000), followed by a fourth stimuli displayed for "2000". Why am I getting this wrong?

I've attached my file. Any help is greatly appreciated, I'm supposed to be running subjects with it Tuesday morning :\.

I should add, that I have looked into similar threads and have not found the solution.
