Black screen & black letters on questionnaire

I recently upgraded to MediaLab 2010. I'm currently running an experiment that contains the AMP and several questionnaires. All was well for about 2 weeks. But, now when the questionnaires are run Ps are unable to see the questions because the previously white screen is black & the text is in black. I've tried to edit my preferences in MediaLab & adjust the Quickstyles. However, every time I try to access this I get a Runtime error message and the system crashes. Any help would be appreciated.

Lisa--did you ever find a solution for this? If not, try setting your display to 16-bit color and see if that helps.
