Does DirectRT allow displaying information on the % of correct responses and median response latency after each block of trials. If not, is something like that possible in MediaLab?

DirectRT doesn't support calculated values across trials/blocks--at least not yet. MediaLab does but the types of tasks you do with MediaLab are pretty different (see http://support.empirisoft.com/showthread.php?t=32).
