How do I install the software if I don't have Internet access?

First, find a computer which does have internet access.

Then, download the software from our website, but don't install it. Instead, copy the entire installer (it should be about 22 MB) to a USB keychain drive or a burnable CD.

If you install the software first and then try to copy it, you'll never find all the pieces.

Once you've made the copy, carry the drive/CD to the non-networked computer and install as usual. When the program is run for the first time, you'll need to send us the activation code which appears on the computer screen.

In general, neither MediaLab nor DirectRT require an internet connection to function. So just email us the activation code from a networked computer and you'll be off and running.
