Issues with Precision Keyboard

Hi There

I'm having some difficulties using the DirectIN Precision Keyboard with Dell Latitude E6510 laptops (with Windows XP). When I plug in the keyboard, the computers do not recognize the device.

I should mention that the keyboard is recognized with other desktops and laptops with Windows XP, and the E6510s will recognize other USB devices (dell keyboard, dell mouse).

Do you have any recommendations for how I should proceed?

Do you recall when the keyboard was purchased? We've released a new firmware about a month ago you might want to try.
