Run-time error 3051

Hi everyone,

I have the following problem.
When I try to open the Experiment Editor I get the message

Run-time error ‘3051’:
The Microdsoft Jet database cannot open the file ‘C:/MediaLab/experiment editor/Settings.mbd’. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.

I would much appreciate any suggestion or thought on this.
