I have a questionnaire with an item that plays a video file. It is in mp4 format. The video plays fine from MediaLab in one computer but not in three other computers (MediaLab simply skips the item with the video). All four computers can play the file directly in Windows Media Player (i.e., not via MediaLab). All four computers have MediaLab 2008.1.33 installed.
If there is a known issue that causes MediaLab to skip an item with a video, that might help me find the reason for this behavior. Well, any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
