Medialab v2002 crashes (white screen, program not responding) after I run my powerpoint slide show and want to go on either to another slide show, or to run a questionnaire. Is there anything I can do to stop this?

I think that may be an issue with the old 2002 version. First thing I would check is to make sure PowerPoint is not running when you start the MediaLab session.
