Calculating amount paid to participants based on data output
How can I make it so that DirectRT and/or MediaLab can read the results of my DirectRT file, read which responses given by the participant were correct (a.k.a. TRUE), and then multiply that amount by a $# and report that number to the participant to let them know how much they're going to get paid?
Currently, MediaLab has the functionality to do that quite easily (i.e., the ability to calculate variables and present results based on them) but DirectRT does not. And MediaLab can not (yet) access the data from DirectRT to do so. We are planning to build these kinds of features into DirectRT at some point during 2010 release.
