    Windows error message shut down

    I've worked with Medialab before and recently downloaded v2006 onto a lab computer. When I run an experiment and enter in subject numbers and condition number to test an experiment I've created a Windows error message pops up saying that Medialab encountered a problem and needs to close so I can never even run my experiment. My other computer does not do this and I can run an experiment file fine. Any ideas on what to do to fix this?

    Does it give you any option to obtain more information about the error? If so, please feel free to attach or paste it here. Is this Windows 7 by chance? If so, can you let me know the version (home, prof, prem) and whether it's the 32 or 64 bit version?

    I had an IT person work on the computer. He uninstalled Windows (XP Professional) and I believe this fixed the issue. Thank you for your attention.
