Open Ended Responses in DirectRT

I need to do an open ended response and copied the format from the sample Anagram task, now the word "cat" appears in the response line. Cat is nowhere in my stimulus file so I cannot figure out why it is appearing in the open ended response box.

Also, is there a way to modify the style of the open ended response box? I really don't want it it say OK and CANCEL since the participant cannot do either of these things.

No way to knock off the OK and Cancel buttons at this time, but I agree they should go.
