Time limit OR spacebar to continue?

    [edited from support email]

I am having problems using the "time" component of DirectRT. I want to have a 60 second limit on each screen but I also want the screens to change when the participant presses the space bar. Under the "time" column, I entered "rt:57, 60000" (to specify the key stroke and the maximum time allowed), but the program did not recognize my command. It only acted on one or the other of the two commands, and I'm not sure why. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check out the section on min-max values in the user's guide. In this case you would specify rt:57 and apply a style from your style file that has a min-max value of 0-60000! You can click Options while in the style file and set the Delay values to 0 if you don't want feedback for exceeding 60 seconds (e.g., please respond faster!)
