Setting Default Starting Point for Online Rating

Is there a way to set the default starting point for online rating? Currently, the default is the middle of the scale. I'd like to create a unipolar scale with 0 on the left and 100 on the right but set the starting point at 0 (the far left) rather than the center. Is there a simple way to do this?

Hm - unfortunately the rating scale doesn't quite offer too much flexibility as it was added quite a while ago; however you may be able to approach this issue from a different angle by instead using custom items to create the same type of item.
