Button Box Not Recognized

Although my computer seems to recognize the button presses (if I press button 2 while in Word, a 2 appears), when I am in Superlab, the program is not recognizing the presses, nor is it giving me RTs. Any advice?

DirectIN button boxes are programmed to output the characters [1 9] as encoded on the keyboard, above the QWERTY row.

Perhaps SuperLab is expecting input which corresponds to the numerical keypad instead?

Follow up: This was the case, and everything is working properly now.
