MediaLab freezing before last video

I have MediaLab loaded on three computers that I am using to collect data. Participants watch four videos and respond to questions following each video. On one computer, the program has frozen several times after the third video and will not continue with the experiment. The videos are in different orders in different conditions, and this has happened in more than one condition. What do you recommend doing to fix this problem?

I checked out your dxdiag.txt file and noticed that you are running the sessions on a Dell Optiplex using a Radeon X1300 video card. Just curious--are your other systems similarly configured? Any chance I could get a look at the dxdiag.txt files from any/all of the three other machines?
