Duration for entire questionnaire file
I need subjects to hold a swab under their tongue for 2 minutes while answering a set of questions. I've created a questionnaire file with an initial instruction item to put in the swab, followed by a set of scale response items, then a final instruction item to remove the swab. My concern is that some subjects may take less than two minutes to complete the questions. Is there any way for me to time subjects from when they leave the initial set of instructions and ensure that the final set of instructions does not appear until after 2 minutes have passed? you could try setting up the final instructions as a separate questionnaire, splitting it from instructions #1 and the questionnaire file. then, set up a new experiment with the first set of instructions / scale items as first in the experiment, and the 'final instructions' questionnaire in second position. you can add a duration parameter to the entire first questionnaire if you are in the experiment (not single questionnaire) editor.
