When you jump mid trial (using a negative number), after the jump, it ignores subsequent stimuli remaining on that trial. Is it possible to jump mid trial, then return and continue with the remainder of the trial?

No, but this would be a nice option. Currently, if you jump out early, you resume at the start of the subsequent trial when you return.
