Experiment starts with blank screen and freezes

Hi there,

I am having trouble with my MediaLab Version v2014.1.127.
I created an experiment on my laptop and it runs without issues. We now want to run the experiment on our lab computers and the experiment only opens with a "blank" screen (the default background colour) and the screen is frozen such that I have to quit MediaLab. I have the same issue with running single questionnaires - even very short ones.
Any ideas what could be wrong?

Hi Alex,

Where is the experiment folder located--did you copy it onto the local hard drive of each machine or is it running off a network drive? If the latter, has it been mapped as a drive letter and do these machines have full read/write access to that folder?
