Medialab plays only some .mp3 files

I am running Medialab version 2008.1.33 on vista. The experiment has 2 conditions - one which plays sound file A the background, and another which plays sound file B in the backgroud. We use the "Background sound" function to do this. The 2 conditions are identical except for the sound file. However, one .mp3 file works in medialab, and the other one doesn't. Both play using window media player on the computer.

Each file is 40-50mb, so it won't let me attach, but I can send the files in a separate e-mail if desired. Please let me know what we can do to get the second file to play.

Please email us directly at support@empirisoft.com and I can send you ftp details so we can compare your two sound files. First thing to look at would be to right click on them, select Properties and then Details to see if there are any obvious differences. At least that is the first thing I would/will check when we receive them.
