    Can't insert a Word (or html) document

    I have never sucessfully inserted a Word document into a questionnaire. I have the document in the same folder as the experiment. I have entered the path for the document in the file name field, and in every background field. It never shows up anywhere. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

    You say the same thing happens if you save the document as an HTML file and display it as an HTML item? That's odd. I have heard of some systems having trouble in the past displaying Word docs, but when converting them to HTML, I think this has always solved it. Could you possible copy your que, .doc, and .htm files into a folder and then zip and post it here? Would be happy to take a look.

    The problem was that I didn't realize that the html need to go under back image and not back document. That isn't clear in the manual and because I also didn't realize that there were other samples that were zipped I didn't figure out the problem until I discovered the zipped examples. The other examples really helped!
