Thought listing -default instructions

When I select the fill in the blank or thought listing options, it by default says "press Enter when you have typed an answer", but it also gives the option to click on "Continue". Is there a way to remove the instructions to press enter?

I believe it's an option you can replace with "" in a substitute.txt file. See the user's guide for messages.txt or online here:
