Missing style code and LOC value

Hi,

I'm new to Direct RT and I'm trying to code an experiment that presents an image for x amount of time, then presents a question. I want the program to record the subject's response and reaction time. When I input the file I was first getting an error saying I was missing a style code in row 2. Now, I'm getting an error message stating that I'm missing a LOC value in row 3. I attached the file below and some of the pictorial stimuli.

Any optional columns must come between the trial and bgr columns in your ,csv file. Move the column named !answer in your inputfile.csv file to there and then try running it.
