custom item with background image

I am interested in using the custom slider scale to rank various images (about 80). Is there a way to display both an image and a custom item on the same position?

It's a cool java slider called from an HTML page. You could easily add an image to the HTML page that calls it. Voila! Let me know if you have need any help with the basic HTML editing or with the slider functionality.
