Right now, in our experiment we have participants enter choice using the key pad, but we were wondering if there were a way through DirectRT to create onscreen buttons the participants could click instead. Thanks!

Check out the section in the User's guide called Other Features and look for a write up on: Using Regions: LightGun, TouchScreen, Cursor
The cursor application of this functionality should let you do something along these lines.
