Caps Lock Issue in Laptop (case 28788)
Hi Medialab:)
I have a trouble in using Medialab Version 2012 on laptops (Windows 7). Whenever participants entered "caps lock" during the experiment, they encountered the blank screen especially in the beginning part (Just after entering participant ID# and condition #, the screen doesn't move into the next page). We are using both laptops and desktop and the desktop doesn't seem to have this issue, but it happened only on the laptop. Could you give any tips for solving this troubleshooting?

Just so I'm clear about the issue, it sounds like MediaLab moves to a blank screen whenever participants press the CapsLock key. Is that accurate?
