Calculating a score for responses to previous questions

We are planning to give a mini-test at the beginning of our study. All questions would have a single correct answer. Upon completion of the mini-test, we would like to present the participant with their score (e.g., 4/5). Is this possible in MediaLab? We haven't decided whether questions will be scale response or free response -- whatever's easier would be fine. Thanks!
