Unable to add sound file to questionnaire

Hi,

I want to add an audio file to my questionnaire. I basically added a Sound Item to the questionnaire and browsed using the FileName field to the mp3 file located on my hard disk. However, when I run the questionnaire, I can't hear anything.. only a blank screen shows up that never goes away.
I can play the sound file just fine from its original location on the hard disk, just can't hear it when I run the qsre in medialab. A demo file using a sound file would be very useful.
