Add more options to a scale response?

We want to add two more choices for a question which is asking about subject's major. For MediaLab version 2008.1, there are only 12 items avaliable. Is there any possibility to create 14 items for one questions?

such as,

What is your major?
1.English
2.Psychology
3.Law
4.Economics
.
.
14.Computer science

Check out the section in the user's guide regarding Custom Items. There is also a sample demographics questionnaire posted that illustrates how to create this kind of a question using the custom item methods in v2008:

Thank you for your help! Right now, the webpage looks good. However, there is another problem, which is, unable to convert the data into SPSS data files automatically. It will show "99" at every columns in spss data.

Looks like the html file didn't post. Try zipping the html and que file together in a single file and then post that zip file.
