Voice Response and .WAV Playback Issues
I have 2 issues with the current experiment I am running. Firstly, MediaLab has a tendency to crash directly following a Voice Response item (not all times, but a high % of occasions).
Secondly, I have a large .WAV (c. 125MB) file embedded as a BackSound whilst an Image File is displayed in a later part of the same experiment. On occasions, this .WAV file simply does not get played back (c. 30% of occasions).

Regarding the .wav file, the size may be a burden on the system for some reason. Can you try to transform it into an .mp3 file?
